The Union has been
advised that The Ottawa Hospital
will not be respecting the agreement
freely negotiated and agreed to
between the parties on March 11th,
2010. This includes the two percent
(2%) increase.
This agreement was
reached in good faith and was signed
by both parties.
Prior to reaching an
agreement, the Employer was well
aware of the possibility that
funding available for this fiscal
year would not match funding
available in previous years.
